Stackrate
180 days free on every paid tier when you claim your listing. No credit card required to claim. Buyers are always free.

For vendors

Buyers are free.
Vendors get 180 days free.

Stackrate is free for every buyer, forever. When you claim your listing, your first 180 days on any paid tier are free, with full ability to respond, train the AI, and receive opted-in leads from day one. After that, a monthly subscription keeps your listing and those abilities active. You pay per lead only when a qualified buyer explicitly shares their RFP and context with you.

Editorial firewall

Payment does not change findings

Every vendor is evaluated against the same methodology. Paying does not buy a better rating, a better rank, or a better placement. It buys the ability to respond, upload docs, and receive opted-in leads.

Buyer consent required

No shadow selling

Leads reach you only when the buyer explicitly opts in. Default is off. The buyer sees exactly which vendors they chose to share context with. You pay only for leads delivered with consent.

Transparent pricing

Public. Predictable. Auditable.

Pricing is published. Tiers are simple. Per-lead invoices are itemized with the buyer context you received. Set a monthly cap and never get surprised.

Pricing

Subscription for presence. Per-lead for revenue.

Your first 180 days on any paid tier are free, starting the day your claim is approved, with full ability to respond, train the AI, and receive leads from day one. After that, a monthly subscription keeps your listing and those abilities active. Per-lead billing applies only when a qualified buyer opts in to share their RFP with you.

How leads work

Only opted-in buyers. Only when you are selected. Only when the context is real.

01

Buyer builds a comparison

The buyer describes their process or uploads an RFP, selects vendors to compare, and receives a full report with mechanism-level findings.

02

Buyer opts in, per vendor

The buyer explicitly checks which vendors they want to connect with. Default is unchecked. The buyer sees what will be shared.

03

You receive the lead

The RFP, the requirements, the comparison context, and the buyer contact land in your vendor portal and inbox. Typically within minutes.

04

You are billed at end of month

Metered through Stripe. Invoices show each lead with its context. Dispute within 7 days for credit. Set a monthly cap at any time.

Why vendors participate

Show up with evidence. Reach buyers who already did the work.

Respond to findings with your own evidence

When a finding about your product is missing context or outdated, post a response with your documentation. The AI re-evaluates against your evidence. Approved responses appear on every future report that includes you.

Train the system with your docs

Upload product guides, config docs, and release notes. The AI uses your materials as a first-class citable source alongside the public help center. Better inputs produce more accurate findings.

Meet buyers who arrive pre-qualified

A Stackrate buyer has already described their process, reviewed your findings, and chosen to connect. That is not a top-of-funnel form fill. Your first call starts at “here is how our mechanism fits your process.”

Lower CAC on better leads

Buyers in ERP, AP, FP&A, and adjacent categories carry ACVs that justify well-qualified leads at materially higher rates than review sites offer. You pay for intent, not impressions.

FAQ

The things every vendor asks us.

Does paying change your findings about my product?

No. Payment does not influence findings, rankings, placement, or editorial treatment. Every vendor is evaluated against the same methodology using publicly available documentation and vendor-submitted materials. This is not a policy we might change, it is the reason Stackrate exists.

What makes a Stackrate lead different from a G2 or Capterra lead?

A Stackrate lead is a buyer who has already described their process, uploaded an RFP or filled a qualifying form, selected your product in a comparison, and explicitly opted in to share that context with you. You receive the full report, the buyer's requirements, and the contact information. It is closer to an SQL than a top-of-funnel form fill.

When am I charged for a lead?

Only when a buyer completes a Stackrate comparison including your product and explicitly opts in to share their context with you. Default is off. No consent, no lead, no charge. You can set a monthly cap so there are never surprise invoices.

What if a lead is not a real buyer or is clearly unqualified?

You have a 7-day dispute window from lead delivery. Flag the lead with a reason and receive a credit. We review disputes quickly and err on the side of the vendor.

Can I upload confidential documentation?

Yes, on Verified and above. Private documentation is used to improve the accuracy of AI-generated findings about your product. It is not shared with other vendors or published. See the Vendor Terms for data handling.

Can I pay to remove a finding I disagree with?

No. You can publish a response that appears alongside the finding with your evidence. Findings themselves are never removed or altered in exchange for payment. If you believe a finding is factually wrong, respond with evidence and the AI will re-evaluate. This is how the system stays honest.
